Lectio Divina is a method of meditating on Scripture. It gives us a simple structure to pull our minds back from distractions. A Lectio Divina session consists of reading a short section of Scripture several times, sitting briefly in silence, and asking ourselves specific questions. A powerful tool for listening to God's voice, Lectio Divina is helpful to anyone who is seeking guidance or just wanting to put Scripture into practice. Join us as we explore this method once a month on Zoom.
